Simple, however, does not mean easy. Awakening takes real dedication and practice.<br><br>It points directly to five fundamental realizations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I Am Thee Iself.<\/strong>  \u2014 individual self<br><strong>I Am Thee Allself.<\/strong> \u2014 universal self<br><strong>I Am Thee Godself. <\/strong>\u2014 divine self<br><strong>I Am Thee Noself.<\/strong> \u2014 transcendent emptiness<br><strong>I Am Thee Amness.<\/strong> \u2014 pure beingness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*** Please pronounce \u2018thee\u2019 correctly, with a long \u0113 sound. ***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the divine revelation of the Self Realization Mantra, David Diamondheart was in deep meditation, focusing on the question \u201cWho am I?\u201d which was given to him by Ananta, a self-realized being who lives in Green Valley, Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David met Ananta shortly after moving to Tucson in April of 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"289\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-1.png 289w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-1-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 289px) 100vw, 289px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ananta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During one of Ananta\u2019s Satsangs (a spiritual discourse involving a short presentation or speech followed by Q&amp;A), David shared that he was having difficulty meditating and asked Ananta to recommend a mantra or a focus for his meditation.&nbsp; Ananta suggested that he contemplate the nature of his true self and focus on who he really is during meditation. \u201cWho are you?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David followed this suggestion by using the question \u201cWho am I?\u201d as a mantra, saying it over and over during a 4 1\/2 hour drive from Tucson to Flagstaff, Arizona, on February 26th, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Who Am I?\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YT6PwJ1o_LQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After arriving in Flagstaff at 5 AM, he sat in his car at a gas station with a cup of coffee in his hand. He said aloud: \u201cOkay, God, my higher self, angels, guides, beings of light, and ascended masters assisting me in my ascension process \u2013 I just asked a profound spiritual question four or five thousand times. If there is an answer to my inquiry, I am open to hearing it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He sat in silence and continued drinking his coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five minutes later, David felt a warm, tingly energy come in through the top of his head, and he blurted out the first two lines of the Self Realization Mantra: \u201cI Am Thee Iself. I Am Thee Allself.\u201d It was in that moment that he heard the words \u201cIself\u201d and \u201cAllself\u201d for the very first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spirit had given him an answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David chanted these first 2 lines for 6 hours and had a combined Iself\/Allself awakening at 2 PM that very same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">460 days later, on Friday, May 31st, 2019 at 9 PM, David was chanting the first 2 lines of the Self Realization Mantra, and then he stopped, and said, \u201cGod, is that all there is for me to realize, that I am an individual self and I\u2019m everyone and everything?\u201d The 3rd and 4th lines of this mantra, \u201cI Am Thee Godself. I Am Thee Noself.\u201d were then revealed to him. After 9 days of chanting the 4-line Self Realization Mantra for about 3 hours a day, David experienced his Godself and Noself awakenings on Sunday, June 9th, 2019, at 4 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 6 years later, on Friday, August 8th, 2025, David was chanting the word \u201cAmness,\u201d a word that he had encountered in a 2020 YouTube video by Advaita guru Dharmasar, at 3 AM when he suddenly and unexpectedly experienced his Amness awakening. This was his final and most profound awakening. His perspective shifted from first person to a detached third-person perspective instantly. It was as if he had gone from being a character on the movie screen to sitting in the theater, but now he was also the theater, the projector, the light, the film, the screen, and the characters on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three days later, on Monday, August 11th, 2025, at 10 PM, the final line of the Self Realization Mantra was revealed \u2013 \u201cI Am Thee Amness.\u201d The mantra was now complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The answer to the question \u201cWho am I?\u201d only makes sense in relation to the question \u201cWhat am I?\u201d&nbsp; The answer to the question \u201cWhat am I?\u201d is consciousness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"420\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-2.png 420w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-2-300x129.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consciousness has 4 distinct aspects, and these four aspects are the answer to the question \u201cWho am I?\u201d&nbsp; You are the Iself (unknown known), the Allself (known known), the Godself (known unknown), and the Noself (unknown unknown).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"894\" height=\"809\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18.png 894w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18-300x271.png 300w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18-768x695.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 894px) 100vw, 894px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><br>The Self Realization Mantra itself carries no doctrine.<br>All explanations are optional context, not required belief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Two Easy To See Aspects of the Self<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is the Iself?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Iself is the individual focal point of conscious awareness \u2013 the unique perspective through which universal consciousness experiences itself as &#8220;you.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As shown in the diagram, the Iself sits at the absolute center. Somethingness is the quality of existing as a distinct, separate entity \u2014 a particular \u201csomething\u201d rather than pure emptiness or undifferentiated oneness. Itness is the essential \u201cthisness\u201d of being a unique, individual point of conscious awareness \u2014 the specific \u201cI\u201d that makes you a particular being rather than everything or nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Iself is the unknown known aspect of consciousness. It is the constant witnessing awareness that remains stable and unchanging throughout your entire life. The same &#8216;I&#8217; that was aware when you were five years old is the same &#8216;I&#8217; that&#8217;s aware right now, regardless of how much your personality has evolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Iself + The Ego = Your outward manifestation &#8211; some thing, some where, some time, some choice, some reason, some identity, some knowledge, and some action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"814\" height=\"777\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-4.png 814w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-4-300x286.png 300w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-4-768x733.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 814px) 100vw, 814px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Iself has an ego but is not the ego. The ego is your constructed identity \u2014 the story of \u201cme\u201d built from memory, roles, preferences, and conditioning. It is one of several structures \u2014 along with the body \u2014 that the Iself uses to navigate individual experience. The ego has two major functions: it filters our perception of reality and ourselves, and it shapes how we show up in the world.  It serves as the interface that projects our awareness into the world of form, action, and relationship. The ego operates as a fluid act of improvisation, constantly adapting, shifting, and reinventing itself based on circumstances and social contexts. This is why your personality can feel different around family versus friends, or why your sense of self seems to evolve over time. The Iself is the deeper individual awareness that witnesses and experiences all of these aspects of personal identity, but remains distinct from them. It remains as the constant witnessing awareness at the center, observing the ego\u2019s fluid improvisations without being fundamentally altered by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"795\" height=\"407\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-24.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-24.png 795w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-24-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-24-768x393.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many spiritual traditions teach that the Iself is an illusion to be transcended. The Self Realization Mantra takes a different approach. While the Iself is not ultimately separate from universal consciousness, it is a real and valid focal point through which consciousness experiences individuality. The real work is to fully accept and affirm the Iself, while releasing the limited identifications created by the ego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is the Allself?<\/strong>&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Allself is the universal self or cosmic consciousness. The Allself is everyone, everything, everywhere, and everywhen. The Allself is the universal consciousness that is busy being everybody doing everything, including being &#8220;you.&#8221; The Allself is the infinite web of interconnection binding all existence. The Allself is the realization that separation is an illusion. The Allself awakening naturally leads to compassion arising from experiencing yourself AS everyone and everything. The Allself is the deep knowing that what you do to another, you do to yourself. We are all connected to each other and to the singular field of consciousness that permeates all of creation. The Allself is the known known aspect of consciousness, also known as the Everythingness. Everythingness is the vast multiplicity of all that exists \u2013 every person, object, experience, and phenomenon that makes up the infinite diversity of manifest reality. The Godself is the powers of manifestation and the flow of creativity.&nbsp; It is the divine warm light that makes anything possible. The Godself is unconditional love in its most natural state. The Godself is the known unknown aspect of consciousness, also known as the Beyondness. Beyondness is the infinite expanse that lies outside the boundaries of all known experience, form, and understanding \u2013 the limitless divine realm that cannot be reached through conceptual knowledge or direct experience. The second line, \u201cGod Dwells Within Me As Me,\u201d is the divine affirming itself as the individual. It is a complete, two-way realization. It is akin to the void.&nbsp; It has no sense of self at all and exists as pure potential.&nbsp; It is the \u201ccanvas\u201d upon which all of physicality is manifested.&nbsp; All of us have experienced embodiment of the Noself.&nbsp; Small children are born without a separate sense of self.&nbsp; During early childhood, children start to develop a \u201cself-concept,\u201d the attributes, abilities, attitudes, and values that they believe define them. Between 18 and 30 months, children have developed their Categorical Self, which is a concrete way of viewing themselves in terms of \u201cthis or that\u201d and \u201cme and mine\u201d labels. Before the development of a separate sense of self, small children lack subject\/object orientation in relation to themselves, and this is why most people do not have any significant memories of themselves as a small child. Nothingness is the complete absence of all forms, concepts, experiences, and identifications \u2013 the pure void that exists before, during, and after all manifestation without being diminished or changed by what appears within it. Emptiness is the spacious openness that is completely free of all forms, concepts, and identifications \u2013 the fertile nothingness from which all manifestation arises and to which it returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"894\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19\" srcset=\"https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-11.png 894w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-11-300x286.png 300w, https:\/\/selfrealizationmantra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-11-768x733.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 894px) 100vw, 894px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four aspects of the Self individually are nonsense, but in combination, they make perfect sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Am Thee Iself \u2013 Materialistic Nonsense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Am Thee Allself \u2013 Metaphysical Nonsense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Am Thee Godself \u2013 Supernatural Nonsense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Am Thee Noself&nbsp; \u2013 Absolute Nonsense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-text-display has-x-large-font-size is-style-text-display--1 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amness is the peak of self realization. Amness is pure unmanifest beingness \u2014 not \u201cpure\u201d as opposed to impure, but beingness stripped of all characteristics. It is the primal ground of being, the sourceless source of all that is. Amness is what remains when even the concept of existence dissolves. It contains and transcends all dualities. It is a four-way polarity \u2014 all one thing.
