From this point of view, I <em>have<\/em> a body, but I am not the body. I <em>have<\/em> an ego, but I am not the ego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the <strong>Allself<\/strong> perspective, it flips. Because I am everyone and everything, I <em>am<\/em> the body. I <em>am<\/em> the ego. I am all of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both are true at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used to think I had to choose one and reject the other. I don\u2019t anymore.
