Most spiritual teachings present awakening as a ladder you climb. The Self Realization Mantra doesn’t work that way.
We begin in Amness — the sourceless source of all that is. From Amness arises Noself — the original state of unawareness we are born into. From there, the Iself emerges, expands into Allself, awakens as Godself, and then returns to Noself — this time with full awareness. From this awakened Noself, we finally rest again in Amness.
